Bring the ownership history you've already built.

Octelligence has a place for the records a Pulley cap table typically represents, with their original dates, so the history behind today's numbers comes with you.

Every cap table is different. We'll help determine the appropriate migration path based on your Pulley export and existing records.

You're not just moving your cap table.

A cap table shows who owns the company. But ownership is created by the transactions and corporate records behind it.

Octelligence brings those records together.

Ownership isn't just a number on a spreadsheet. It's the collection of records that support that number.

In Octelligence, corporate records and equity management are one system rather than two. Share classes are defined once and every issuance, transfer, option grant and restricted stock award draws from them. Each of those transactions can link to the board or shareholder authorization behind it, and certificates stay tied to the issuance that created them. The cap table is the result of that record, not a separate spreadsheet kept beside it.

Everything your ownership records need in one place.

Have your Pulley export already?

Great. Send us your existing export and we'll help determine how your shareholders, share classes and equity records should be represented in Octelligence.

There's no one-click Pulley importer. On any plan you can use the self-serve CSV import for people and share classes; on Growth and above it also covers option grants, restricted stock, warrants and SAFEs. Historical issuances and transfers are recorded with their original dates.

Some records usually need a person to look at them: historical transfers, certificate numbers, and instruments whose terms live in documents rather than in the export. We'll tell you which ones are likely to need manual review.

Haven't exported yet? Start by preserving your Pulley data before service ends. Pulley's help center explains how to download an Excel of the cap table. For the full sequence on our side, see the migration guide.

Reconciled before cutover
  • Issued shares per class match your Pulley export
  • Every holder exists with matching share counts
  • Option grants match on strike, vesting and unvested balance
  • SAFEs match on principal, cap, discount and MFN
  • Fully diluted totals agree, within rounding
Differences are surfaced and resolved with you, not silently overwritten.

FAQ

Yes. Pulley has announced that it will cease operations and services on December 8, 2026. The announcement is on Pulley's website and in Pulley's official shutdown FAQ. Octelligence is not affiliated with Pulley; we're one of several places you can move your records.

December 8, 2026. According to Pulley's official shutdown FAQ, the app and support are unavailable after that date, and data remains accessible in a limited format until January 31, 2027. The same FAQ sets November 30, 2026 as the opt-in deadline for the migration offer Pulley arranged with Carta. Check Pulley's FAQ for the latest dates.

Start with the detailed cap table. Pulley's help center explains how to download an Excel of the cap table, either for all time or as of a specific date. Also keep your stakeholder contact details and the documents behind your equity: SAFEs, stock purchase and option agreements, warrant agreements, board and shareholder consents, certificates, and valuation reports. Store copies somewhere your company controls.

Yes. Octelligence can accommodate many of the ownership and equity records represented in a Pulley cap table: shareholders, share classes, issuances, transfers, SAFEs, options, warrants and restricted stock. The exact migration process depends on your records and your export, and we'll help you work out the right path before anything is imported.

Not with one click. There is no direct Pulley connector. On any plan, the self-serve CSV import brings in people and share classes; on Growth and above it also covers option grants, restricted stock, warrants and SAFEs. Historical issuances and transfers are then recorded with their original dates. Some records, such as historical transfers or terms that only exist in signed documents, may need manual review. See the migration guide.

Yes, on Growth and above. Each SAFE is tracked with its valuation cap, discount, MFN provisions and conversion status. You can model conversions in saved scenarios, and at a priced round convert outstanding SAFEs in one batch, with each conversion creating a real share issuance on the register. See SAFE conversion.

Yes, on Growth and above. Grant stock options with cliffs and vesting schedules, track exercises through to share issuance, and size option pools. Warrants for investors, lenders and advisors sit alongside the rest of the capitalization structure, and fully diluted ownership counts every grant. Restricted stock with reverse vesting is supported too. See stock options and warrants.

They can live in the same place as your cap table. Octelligence maintains a digital minute book, resolutions, directors and officers register and other corporate registers, and each issuance, grant or transfer can link to the approval behind it. If your minute book has been kept in a shared drive or by counsel, a migration is a good moment to bring it together with your ownership records. See digital corporate records.

No. Octelligence is for any company that wants to keep its corporate records and ownership current itself: founder-led and family companies, small and growing corporations, holding companies, and companies with shareholders and equity instruments whether or not they have raised venture capital. Law and accounting firms can manage client corporations on any plan and add entities as the client list grows.

Use Get help migrating to tell us about your company and what you exported from Pulley, or email migration@octelligence.com. We'll recommend a migration path and tell you which records are likely to need manual reconciliation.
