Document wizards and migration tools
Two legal-document wizards (Shareholder Agreement and Corporate Bylaw) ship alongside the migration toolset that lets founders bring existing cap tables in from Carta, Pulley, Mantle, and Cake. Plus the concierge migration service that finishes the job for you.
Compliance registers: ISC, PSC, and debt obligations
Three registers required by Canadian, UK, and US law get first-class support. Plus 409A valuation storage, cap table scenarios, hardware security keys, and watermarked diligence exports.
Equity Vault integration begins
The Equity Vault integration kicks off on January 4. The basic cap table view, holder profiles, and the Annual Meetings & Minutes module land this month. SAFEs follow in March; options, warrants, and the equity timeline arrive in April with the formal merger.
Foundations: the corporate records platform
The first three months under Minute Book Cloud. Corporation entity, share class structure, three core registers (directors, officers, shareholders), securities and share-transfer ledgers, share certificate generation with QR verification, paid plans, and the five team roles that scope access cleanly.
