Octelligence has one plan ladder: Starter, Growth, Scale and Intelligence, plus contracted Enterprise. Each plan includes everything in the plan before it. Prices are in USD, before applicable taxes. Save at least 15% with annual billing. The per-month figure is the annual price spread over 12 months; monthly billing is charged at the monthly price.
Capability versus capacity
Choose your plan for its capabilities. Add entities when you need more capacity. An added entity receives your plan's capabilities only; it does not add users, saved scenarios or features. Starter with two added entities is still Starter.
How users are counted
Users are counted per billed workspace, including the owner. Each distinct Ledger user counts once, including collaborators and viewers, however many entities they can access. A pending invitation reserves a seat until it is accepted, revoked or expires; inviting someone who already has a seat doesn't use another. Equity Vault stakeholders and people recorded as shareholders, directors or officers don't use seats.
How entities are counted
Active entities count toward your plan's capacity. Archiving an entity frees capacity.

Historical documents, recorded transactions and appointment history are available on every plan, according to ordinary access permissions. Scale and above add reconstruction of recorded ownership and governance at a selected date, date comparisons and reconstruction exports. Ownership is reconstructed on an issued-share basis, as currently recorded; options and fully diluted figures are not reconstructed. Export the reconstruction as PDF or CSV, with an optional comparison date.

Structure Scenarios are separate from financing round scenarios. Growth includes financing round scenarios and exit waterfalls; Intelligence adds Structure Scenarios for exploring possible entity arrangements. Corporate Oversight shows what needs attention across the entities you manage, such as outstanding approvals and signatures, supporting records not yet recorded and overdue tasks.

Enterprise
Enterprise is a contracted agreement with negotiated pricing. It provides contract-defined capacity and dedicated onboarding, and the entities, users and capabilities it includes are set out in the agreement. Talk to us about Enterprise.
Where data is stored
Documents are stored in the United States, Canada or the European Union, according to the region assigned to each entity when it is created. The application database and processing are hosted in the United States.
Plan changes. You can request a plan change or cancel your self-service subscription through billing settings. Changes depend on your current usage and applicable billing terms. Enterprise changes follow the agreed contract.
What's not in any plan
- Public API, single sign-on (SSO) and webhooks. Not available. See Integrations for the supported CSV imports and the CSV, PDF and Word exports.
- Hardware security keys (FIDO2 / WebAuthn). Not currently implemented. 2FA is TOTP only.
- SMS authentication. Not implemented; TOTP is the supported second factor.
- Section-level Viewer scoping. Viewer is read-only across the corporation; per-section sub-scoping is not implemented.
