Octelligence Ledger

Ledger is the operating system for your corporation's records and equity. It is where founders, in-house teams, and corporate-services firms maintain the minute book, issue verifiable share certificates, and keep a cap table that holds up in diligence. Registers, resolutions, financings, and certificates all live in one searchable record with full version history.

Digital minute book

Directors and shareholders, resolutions, annual approvals, and registers, kept in one searchable record with full version history.

Verifiable share certificates

Issued certificates carry a public verification URL and QR, so investors, banks, and counsel can confirm status against the live record.

Cap tables and financings

Equity rounds, SAFEs, options, and conversions tied to the same registers and resolutions, so the cap table and the minute book never drift apart.

Portfolio operations for firms

Multi-tenant client portals, white-label branding, bulk operations across books, compliance dossiers, and cap tables per client entity.

Equity Vault is the stakeholder-facing side of the platform. Shareholders, option holders, SAFE holders, and investors log in to see their own holdings, certificates, vesting, and documents, without a spreadsheet ever leaving your desk. Because it now reads directly from Ledger, everyone sees the same numbers you maintain, straight from the source of truth.

A holdings view per stakeholder

Each holder sees only their own position: shares, options, SAFEs, and ownership percentage, presented clearly and always current.

Certificates and documents

Verifiable share certificates, grant agreements, and round documents, available to the right stakeholder without email attachments.

Vesting and grant visibility

Option holders track their vesting schedule, strike price, and exercised versus outstanding balance, updated as the record changes.

One source of truth

The portal reads live from Ledger. When the cap table changes, stakeholders see it, with no reconciliation and no second copy of the data.

How they came together

From two products to one platform.

Equity Vault started as a separate stakeholder and equity tool. In January 2026 we began integrating it, importing the cap table capabilities into Octelligence first, then completing the merger through the spring. The result is a single platform on a single data model: your team works in Ledger, and your stakeholders see it through Equity Vault.

Same team, same database, same data. Two products, one record.

Integration timeline
  • January 2026

Integration begins. The first cap table view from Equity Vault reads from the share register Octelligence already maintained, so holders, share classes, and ownership reflect one source of truth.

  • February to March 2026

Deeper instrument types arrive: SAFEs with valuation cap and discount, stock options with vesting and strike, and warrants, all modeled against the same register.

  • April 2026

The merger completes. The corporate-records layer and the equity layer become a single product under one data model, one team, and one billing system.

  • Today

The stakeholder portal is integrated into Octelligence. Equity Vault now serves your stakeholders directly from the live record maintained in Ledger.

One platform for the record and the people who hold it.
