The portal reads live from Ledger. When the cap table changes, stakeholders see it, with no reconciliation and no second copy of the data.

In January 2026 we began integrating it, importing the cap table capabilities into Octelligence first, then completing the merger through the spring. The result is a single platform on a single data model: your team works in Ledger, and your stakeholders see it through Equity Vault.

Integration begins. The first cap table view from Equity Vault reads from the share register Octelligence already maintained, so holders, share classes, and ownership reflect one source of truth.

Deeper instrument types arrive: SAFEs with valuation cap and discount, stock options with vesting and strike, and warrants, all modeled against the same register.

The merger completes. The corporate-records layer and the equity layer become a single product under one data model, one team, and one billing system.
