Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: May 11, 2026
Octelligence Inc. is committed to making our website and platform accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We work to provide an inclusive experience and to align with widely recognized accessibility standards.
1. Our Commitment
Accessibility is part of how we design and build the Service. We aim to ensure that all users, including those who use assistive technologies, can effectively access and use our website, marketing materials, and platform.
2. Conformance Standard
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.
Our current conformance status is partially conformant, meaning some content does not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA but we are working to address gaps. See Known Limitations below for details.
3. Measures We Take
To support accessibility, we:
- Include accessibility considerations in product design and development reviews.
- Use semantic HTML, descriptive link text, and labeled form controls.
- Maintain sufficient color contrast for text and key UI elements.
- Support keyboard navigation through interactive elements of the Service.
- Provide text alternatives for non-decorative images.
- Avoid content that flashes at frequencies known to trigger seizures.
- Test with screen-reader and keyboard-only workflows during development.
- Review and remediate issues raised through user feedback.
4. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of the Service may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations may include:
- Third-party content (such as embedded payment forms or analytics widgets) that we do not directly control.
- Customer-uploaded documents (such as PDFs and images) whose accessibility depends on the source file.
- Complex data tables or visualizations that may not be fully optimized for screen-reader use.
- Legacy interface areas that have not yet been updated to current accessibility standards.
We are actively working to remediate these limitations as part of ongoing product development.
5. Assistive Technology
The Service is designed to work with recent versions of widely used assistive technologies, including screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), screen magnifiers, and keyboard-only navigation. If you encounter difficulty using the Service with your assistive technology, please let us know so we can investigate.
6. Feedback & Reporting Issues
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Service. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have a suggestion, please contact us:
- Email: accessibility@octelligence.com
- Subject line: "Accessibility Feedback"
When reporting an issue, please include the page or feature you were using, the assistive technology and browser (if applicable), and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to accessibility reports within five (5) business days.
7. Accommodations
If you need to access content or complete a task in the Service and the available interface does not meet your needs, please contact us at accessibility@octelligence.com. We will work with you to identify a reasonable accommodation, which may include an alternative format, a guided session with a member of our team, or another approach appropriate to your needs.
8. Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility issue, you may have additional rights under applicable accessibility or disability-rights laws in your jurisdiction, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in the United States and the Accessible Canada Act in Canada. You may contact the relevant authority in your jurisdiction to file a complaint.
9. Updates to This Statement
We review and update this Accessibility Statement periodically as the Service evolves and as our accessibility program matures. Material changes will be reflected by a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
