What the migration covers
For every switcher program, the migration includes (in scope of your current provider's data model): entity records and statutory information, share registers and certificate ledgers, cap tables with classes and convertibles, board and shareholder resolutions, minute book contents, and the historical activity log. We do not migrate accounting records, document storage outside the minute book, or third-party integrations; those stay with their respective systems.
How the discount works
50% off applies to the first 3 calendar months on monthly billing of any Octelligence tier when you sign up using the switcher code on your provider page. Annual firm contracts are not eligible for the switcher discount; firms can move to an annual contract at standard pricing any time after month 3. The discount is per workspace, not per seat, and stacks with no other promotion.
