Before you start
The assessment scores how your corporation actually operates today, not how it should operate. Answer based on the current state of your records, not your intent. The scoring is anonymous and runs entirely in your browser; nothing is sent to Octelligence.
For best results, have these at hand:
- The most recent state of your share register or stock ledger
- The minute book or equivalent (board and shareholder resolutions)
- Most recent annual return filing and its acknowledgment
- The beneficial-ownership register for your jurisdiction (ISC, PSC, FinCEN BOI, or equivalent)
- The option plan and current option ledger if the corporation has an equity plan
